Women’s Day is on its way and I, the RiverBlogger, felt compelled to say a little something on the matter.
In The Way You Wear Your Hat, Frank Sinatra said: “I’m supposed to have a Ph.D. on the subject of women. But the truth is I’ve flunked more often than not. I’m very fond of women; I admire them. But, like all men, I don’t understand them.” Sigmund Freud added to that in Ernest Jones’ Sigmund Freud: Life and Work, by saying: “The great question that has never been answered, and which I have not yet been able to answer, despite my thirty years of research into the feminine soul, is ‘What does a woman want?’”
Clearly men have been struggling to understand the female mind for centuries and therefore I thought it a good idea to give you some tips on how to make your woman feel special on the 9th of August:
- Women’s Day Buffet Lunch: Visit the Riviera on Vaal Hotel and Country Club on Women’s Day for a delicious buffet lunch at Matthews Restaurant.
- Stay at ROV: Make a long weekend of it pay for two and stay for three at the Riviera on Vaal Hotel, where there will be plenty of time for spa treatments at the Zorgvliet Spa, as well as some golfing (seeing that the country club is pro ladies golf) and wine tastings.
There now – no reason to say you didn’t understand her. Bringing her to the Riviera on Vaal Hotel and Country Club might just cater to all your woman’s needs.
